Silly Girls

I guess Mary was pretty worn out from all the fun we've had lately. She's never fallen asleep in her high chair before:
Tess loves Stockton's goggles! She wears them whenever she gets the chance and won't part with them. This is on Stockton's first day of kindergarten. I bet the parents thought I had two special needs children. :) Silly girl:

Farm Country

With Stockton in kindergarten, I get to spend a lot of time with my girls. It's really fun, especially since Stockton is bored of most of the places I go with my kids. It's all new and exciting for Mary and Tess. We went to Farm Country last week. The girls had a ball!

Tess probably loved the cows the most, especially the calf!

With our cousins:

Mary LOVED the foal:

The girls had their first pony ride. They didn't want to get off (I don't blame them considering it was about a 30 second ride)!
And they loved the little village:

And the jail. Mary looks like she's guilty:
Tess, not so much:

Kindergarten

Stockton was very excited to go to kindergarten this year! He didn't hesitate going into the classroom and went right to work playing with blocks. When I picked him up after school I asked his teacher how he did and she said that Stockton did very well and followed along with everything. When I asked Stockton what he did he said he sang songs. I couldn't get more out of him than that but I'd assume it was a very successful day. Stockton was a little disappointed that he had to go back to kindergarten the next day--I guess he thought it was just a one-day thing--but after his initial protest seemed very happy to be at school again. I'm so proud of my handsome little kindergartner!

Finally!

We finally sold our house! Things look good and we should close in a couple weeks!
And we finally found the perfect house, the house on Ashland Dr. It should be completed mid October:
