Today is our 4-year anniversary! It is amazing how fast the time has gone. We have had so much fun these past four years and love being married.
We went to the Gateway and saw the second Narnia movie and then ate at Z Tejas. Both were excellent.
Clark's dad was kind enough to lend us his car for the occassion. I've decided that I really like convertables.

Stockton and Talmage liked the car too.

Tired Boys
The last couple of days I've been watching my nephew, Talmage, who is just 6 weeks older than Stockton. These boys have very different personalities, but lately, they have played very well together. So well that they wear each other out. If they're not chasing each other around the house, they are plotting some mischievous scheme. Typical 2-year-old behavior I suppose.
Here they are being caught. Who knows what they were doing in the bathroom but I think both of their expressions look pretty guilty.
And then they crash. This picture is kind of hard to see because the flash kept reflecting off the door, but that is Stockton laying in front of his bedroom door. He loves sleeping by the heat of the vent.

And they crash again.

My New Fad
I have discovered the best thing in the world of pedicures. It is called "Glitter Toes." It is actually real glitter that they put on your toes and then they put some kind of gel that hardens the glitter like polish. The reason I love it so much is because it is virtually dent/smudge proof and it looks as good as new for two to three months. I love having painted toenails, but they always chip and look bad after a few weeks. Now that isn't the case. Kind of fun!

Funny Boy
Yesterday, when I was getting Stockton up from his nap, this is what I saw when I walked in the room. Unfortunately, this picture doesn't exactly represent how funny a position he was in (I have some other pictures that are better, but they are a little graphic for a public blog). Stockton was wearing pants and a diaper when I put him down. Why he took them off is beyond me.

Clark is 32!
Clark's birthday was last Wednesday. He is 32 years old! For the next two months he is 7 years older than me. Kind of weird; luckily he is immature for his age. :) Stockton and I tried to make it a special day. We put together a goody-basket with all of Clark's favorite treats and took it to him at work with balloons. Stockton worked hard on making the card, though he wasn't too thrilled to give it to his dad. Later that evening we had banana cream pie (since my husband hates cake) with a few friends. Overall, a very nice day.
