Stockton's Buddies

Stockton is really in a good place right now. The progress he's made in the last 9 months is wonderful! He's doing so well in preschool and in primary--you'd still be able to see that something is different about him, but he's starting to blend in. We had a follow-up visit with the doctor who gave Stockton his diagnosis last week and the doctor felt very optimistic about Stockton's future. Of course, the doctor couldn't make any predictions, but he thought is was very realistic that Stockton will have a pretty typical adult life--that college, a mission, and even marriage were still possible. I couldn't be happier!

I am so grateful to all of those that have worked with Stockton and who have helped him get to the point where he's at. Every therapist, teacher, ABA instructor has made such an impact in his life. He loves them all, too! It's very typical for Stockton to mention everyone by name in his prayers each night. Thanks for being Stockton's buddies!

Two of Stockton's favorite people, James and Christian (We were having a meeting and Stockton came in the room and jumped right in between the two--it was pretty cute):
